  • 3 1/2 pounds loin roast
  • 1 cup red barbecue sauce
  • Trim fat from pork in crockery pot.
  • Pour barbecue sauce over meat.
  • Cook on low degrees of F (8 to 9 hours).
  • Remove pork from slow cooker, pull meat into shreds.
  • Place shredded pork in a serving dish and spoon cooking liquid or sauce from crock over meat.
  • (Best Served after 2 to 3 days after stored in fridge).
